Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Sweeney Creative Co ("we", "us"), which runs Discipuli at www.discipuli.app. Please read them before you subscribe.
1. The service
Discipuli is an online platform for designing, running and monitoring teams of AI agents. Access to the hosted service requires a Pro subscription. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
2. Your account
- Your account is created when you start a subscription, using the email address you give at checkout. You sign in with links sent to that address, so keep your email account secure.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you subscribe for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys and sign-in links private. Tell us at hello@discipuli.app if you think your account has been misused.
3. Subscription, free trial and payment
- The Pro plan costs £9.99 per month, including any VAT that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Each person or business may use one free trial.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it; if it still can't be collected, your access may be paused until the balance is paid.
- If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
4. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing › Manage billing, or by emailing hello@discipuli.app. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing.
- 14-day cooling-off period (UK consumers): if you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund that payment in full. Just email us.
- Apart from that, and except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund part-used months. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
5. Your AI provider keys and usage costs
Discipuli runs your agents using AI provider keys that you add (for example Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or OpenAI). Your use of those providers is under your own agreement with them, and you pay them directly for what your agents use. We're not responsible for their charges, availability or outputs. Keys are encrypted at rest, used only to run your agents, and you can remove them at any time. Cost estimates shown in Discipuli are guides only.
6. Your content
You own what you put into Discipuli (agents, workflows, prompts, knowledge, files) and what your agents produce for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use any content you upload and for how you use your agents' outputs.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Discipuli to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or breach your AI providers' usage policies;
- create or spread malware, spam, fraud, harassment or content that exploits or harms others;
- attack, overload, probe or try to bypass the security or limits of the service, or access other customers' data;
- resell or share access to your account, or copy the service to build a competing product.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
8. AI outputs
AI models can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Agent outputs, including anything about finance, health, legal or other important decisions, are not professional advice. Review them before you rely on them, and use approval steps for actions that matter.
9. Availability
We work to keep Discipuli running reliably and your data backed up, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (hosting, payments, AI providers) can occasionally affect it.
10. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
- If you're a consumer, we're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- If you use Discipuli for business, we're not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 30 days' notice if we stop offering Discipuli, in which case we'll refund any unused prepaid period. After your subscription ends you can still sign in to export your data for 30 days; after that we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Discipuli after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland can hear any dispute. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, the law of your home nation also protects you, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at hello@discipuli.app. We'll do our best to put it right.
